This was a prototype of an early water powered bike.  As you can see, Con Ed is very concerned and spying on his experiments.  The next time I saw him, he had moved the sink over the front wheel.  There was, somehow, running water, and dishes in the sink.  He claimed that now he could rinse the dishes while riding the bike.

When he did finally try that stunt, the bike flipped, dishes flying, and I missed the shot because my Leica had just run out of film, and by the time I changed rolls, he was being carted away by the EMS.
