Started in the 1960s with Dad's 6x9cm Army Issue Speed Graphic and TriX pack film. Moved on to Topcon Unirex (1970s). Purchased a used Technika V in the 1980s. Purchased an F4 and some glass in the early 1990s. Only ever buy film and paper nowadays. Did get a lot of darkroom equipment and don't think I'll go down the digital darkroom path. Still using TriX.

Love the photo, what type of camera did you use. My wife uses a Canon 30D and she loves it?

Beautiful book. I would consider contacting the Central Park Conservancy (212-310-6679
histphoto@centralparknyc.org) to either sell or donate a copy.

I haven't figured out how I'm going to handle this book yet. For example - in the beginning I could simply email you a code so that you order directly from MyPublisher at cost. They'll have cheaper Fedex shipping rates than I get.

On the other hand - if I have to order them and sign them - the cost of the book and shipping will be higher.

I also need to get the book in hand so that I can determine if there are any minor changes to do; and also whether the higher price for this size and paper is worth it.

I really don't have any concrete thoughts on the idea. The thing that made me raise the question is that some photo journalist friends of mine formed a six person collective to show together and the collaborative effort has served them well. So I wonder if that might be true for a group of street photographers as well. The photo journalist group is called Metro Collective and they are based here in DC but most of the members income comes from magazine work that they get from the agencies that represent them so the collective is really an outreach tool they are employing to show some personal work and gain more name recognition.
