Bethesda Fountain, Infrared

Oh this Central Park book.  While I’m in the middle of it and have finally made progress in terms of how it’s organized - I have to admit that it is much harder than I thought it would be.  You definitely need to be somewhat of a fanatic to do this since there is no money in it (even at $55 which is what I plan to sell it for - I will only make say $5 on each one) and it is taking weeks away from shooting.  Every shot has to be tweaked for printing; and there are still a couple of images that I can’t find.

But I think the biggest issue I had was that although it’s all Central Park - some shots are street style - and some are more landscapey. (I know there’s no word like that).  After three weeks, I finally came up with my solution which is to divide the book into two parts.  Part I involves people in a big way; Part II is sort of a geographical trip through the park without people.  I also began to put in two page spreads as a juncture between the sections.  Anyway - it seems to be working finally.
