Met’s Fan
Ah - as everyone knows - Mets fans are a mellow bunch. I spent most of my time photographing the crowd. The reactions fell into three categories: joy, sorrow, and frustration. The Mets had a 6 - 2 lead against the Brewers - but ended up losing 9-6. Perez, who was pitching, skipped over the white lines as he left the field but it didn’t help him.

This is well composed and has the value of capturing an emotion that is rare in photography: raging joy!
