Messengers

pacifiers_1835 Messengers

At first, just one of the curious things you see walking the streets; and worth a closer look; maybe one shot. As I walked away, it struck me that here were probably two good luck charms, keepsakes of a new father who was feeding the family by working as a bike messenger on the upper east side.

On another note - after using the 4 x 5 Wacom tablet for what must be two years - I bought the 6 x 8 Intuos 3 Special Edition. Can’t wait to get it set up tomorrow.

Nice sentiment, Dave, but I think you got the story wrong. The pacifers and baby shoes are remnants of the last pedestrian he ran into.
