Bridle Path, Snow

Here’s the picture show from yesterday: Snow Day

I created a preset export in Lightroom that creates this jpg from the RAW file. So that’s one more bit of work that I’ve transfered over to LR. Now, I’m going to figure out how the web galleries work. I downloaded paypal templates from LightroomGalleries.com — but I’m just starting to look at them now. I think that with some work, I’ll be able to get a good paypal gallery to suit my needs. One reason, in case your curious, that I want to tackle this is because iViewMedia Pro (where I modified the templates) to make my web galleries — was bought by Microsoft. 1) I’m not eligible for the new MS version upgrade and 2) when I downloaded an early version, it crashed my machine immediately. Anyway, I like the idea of using one program to output everything - because it means that I am only making the modifications to image files once.
Ideally, I make the non-destructive change to the original raw file. From that I can output files at different sizes, and for different purposes.

Reminds me of the Red Umbrella series of photographs that Pierre Navarra did in 2005/2006.All were set amongst a winter backdrop of snow.
