Beckerman Included in Ovation Documentary

OVATION TV PRESENTS EIGHT-DAY SPECIAL TV EVENT, ‘FRAMED: THE ART OF PHOTOGRAPHY,’ NOVEMBER 18-25
Featuring Acclaimed Photographers Albert Maysles, Andrew Moore, Sylvia Plachy, Gregory Crewdson, Timothy Greenfield Sanders. Also, Online Contest in Association with Fotolog.com, Aperture Foundation
The series maps the history of the genre through the work of famed photographers including Louis Daguerre, Eadwaerd Muybridge, Man Ray, Dorothea Lange, Robert Cappa, Stephen Shore, Ed Ruscha, Cindy Sherman, Larry Sultan, and Martin Paar.
My photograph ‘Kid in Sprinkler’ is included in the first episode CLOSE UP: Which is premiering 11/18 at 8pm. I’m sure it will just fly by as part of a montage - but still it’s exciting.
Anyway, I checked the Ovation Schedule and that episode will be shown many times.

Well there it is. The opening of the first show has a brief montage talking about different types of photography and for maybe 1/2 second this shot appears. I knew that’s how it would be probably be used.

I’m having it taped for me because I suspect it will speed by in a second. Then I can put it onto yer tube and loop it for my full 15 minutes of fame.
